Administrative Assistant & Scheduler
DESCRIPTION: Administrative Assistant & Scheduler is responsible for scheduling of caregiver engagements, assigning prospective clients with appropriate caregivers, providing prospective clients with information about the agency and our service offerings.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Scheduler & Client Services Support is responsible for the following:
- Input of information into computer systems
- Support and participate in the caregiver hiring process
- Support and assist other office staff as needed
- On call responsibilities
- Office and clerical activities as directed
- Assuring that the client & caregivers schedules are current, accurate and up to date
- Input of information into computer systems
- Work with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure the agency is providing service that exceeds their expectations.
- Work with prospective clients on the phone, in-person, over the Internet and via e-mail and over the Internet.
- Matching client schedules with compatible caregiver availability.
- Assuring that the client & caregivers schedules are current, accurate and up to date
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES REQUIRED:: Must meet the following qualifications:
- Able to use and learn scheduling software
- Software experience with Word, Excel and other applications
- Able to effectively communicate with prospective clients, understand their needs and requirements and walk them through the intake process.
- Assess caregivers’ skills, personalities, and interests sufficiently to provide input on good client/caregiver matches
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – oral, conversational, telephone and written
- Thorough knowledge of the caregiver’s responsibilities.
- Able to read and understand large numbers of caregiver reports
- Able to read and understand personal care plans for each of their clients and assure their appropriate discharge
- Able to communicate effectively with caregivers, as well as the Administrator, Director of Client/Caregiver Services, and other management personnel as appropriate
- Demonstrate professionalism and responsiveness with prospective clients and others who may communicate with the agency.
Quality Assurance Care Manager
DESCRIPTION: Primary responsibility is to oversee care and services provided for assigned client case load. Act as a goodwill ambassador; ensuring effective communication and quality customer service for all clients and family members. Ensure client satisfaction, display professionalism; facilitate conflict resolution; demonstrate leadership; providing support to all caregivers; promote company revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Focus on providing quality customer service to all clients and family members, including routine quality assurance visits
- Assess client needs and develop personalized care plans
- Provide consistent, effective communication to clients and families anticipating needs, providing conflict resolution, and overall exceptional customer service and should take place via phone calls, emails or in-person visits
- Provide training, resources and supervision to caregivers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting with supervisory experience
- Proficiency in working with PC Windows Applications and ability to adapt to working with company software
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass all background, DMV and controlled substance screenings with satisfactory results
- Possess a valid Driver’s License with consistent, reliable transportation
- Maintain a flexible schedule in order to meet customer need

Business Development Manager
DESCRIPTION: Assist families in the community by providing in-depth information on all the ways Caregiving Experts can help those in need. Promotes sales activities and create a positive identity for Caregiving Experts through networking, community relationships, promotional materials and personal visits. Generate company growth with specific development plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform a territory market analysis and business development plans quarterly/annually
- Develop and establish new business referral sources consistently
- Successfully maintain current relationships with referral sources
- Meet weekly outreach quota
- Act as a representative of Caregiving Experts through attending community events, networking groups, and hosting informational presentations
- Promptly respond to leads generated from company website and placement agencies
- Provide a thorough presentation to all inquiries via phone calls and in-person visits
- Assist new clients and families with the “sign on process” for starting services
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Related college degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing/sales
- Proficiency in working with PC Windows Applications and ability to adapt to working with company software
